Getting older. Traveling more. Eating healthy and terribly at the same time. Enjoying the little things like time with family and peace.

Recently, I led a conversation on the topic of healing and self-validation, where I asked students to define what healing means to them and how they know healing is occurring in their lives. I reflected on this myself, and wrote this little reminder in the form of a poem.

“Healing is the lifelong process of getting better to do better….”

Life lately: Outside a little bit, but mostly in the inside.

Congrats to all the grads, the gov’t is still corrupt, outside is ghetto, but we still gotta live. Love your loved ones and be better to people.
